Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel — Pay-as-you-go has no recurring charge. Stop using ai-talkie any time and your remaining balance stays on your account.
What happens when I run out?
The Mac app keeps working until your minutes are gone, then prompts you to top up or wait for the next monthly free reset. You can keep coding without voice in the meantime.
Are top-ups refundable?
Top-ups are non-refundable in the ordinary course, but we will review case-by-case — for example, in the event of a service outage or accidental purchase. Email [email protected] within 30 days. See the Terms for the full policy.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Not during V0.3 beta. If you need shared billing, SSO, or invoicing, send a note to [email protected] and we will get back to you when team workspaces ship.
